I Have 12 Years Experience In Real Estate And Have Worked With Home Builders Since 1975. I Have Been Trained As An Energy Efficiency Consultant In Both The Construction And The Energy Usage In New Homes. I Am A New Home Specialist From The Construction Start Of A New Home All The Way Through To The Completion. I understand the Building Business And How A Builder Thinks When They Are Selling Their Homes. I'm Also Trained In Art Of Negotiation And The Compromise Of Give And Take.
